Terms & Conditions

1.Motorcycle Usage
The renter is responsible for maintaining the motorcycle in good and safe condition.

2.Insurance and Liability

The renter must report any accidents or damage to the motorcycle immediately to us.

3.Return of Motorcycle

Late returns will incur an additional hourly charge.

4.Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund.

5.Qualifications

The renter must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of motorcycle rented.

6.Minimum Bike Rental Period is 2×24 hours.

7.Renter must possess a valid International Driving License.

8.Foreign renters are required to provide a photocopy of a valid passport.

9.Helmets and raincoat are included in the daily rental rate.

10.Loss or damage to the motorcycle, helmets, raincoat, or scooter documentation (STNK) during the rental period will not be covered by insurance. The renter is obligated to pay for the replacement cost. Losing the helmet and key will incur a charge of 150,000 IDR each, and 60,000 IDR for the raincoat. Losing the Vehicle Document Registration (STNK) will result in a charge of 450,000 IDR.

11.If the renter does not possess a valid driving license and encounters any legal issues with the police as a result, they are responsible for resolving the matter themselves.

12.Free delivery and pick-up are provided for the Airport-Kuta-Legian area; additional charges apply for other areas (from 08:00 PM to 06:00 AM).

REQUIREMENTS FOR MOTORCYCLE RENTAL:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have a valid motorcycle driver’s license.

Must have a major credit card.
